PEARR PRESENTS ‘LIVE BOLDLY: TAKING CHARGE IN CHANGING TIMES’

May 30th Conference to benefit Women in Distress of Broward County

FORT LAUDERALE, FL, May 1, 2009 -- PEARR (Professionals Educating & Advocating Respect in Relationships) presents “LIVE BOLDLY: Taking Charge in Changing Times,” an educational and empowering conference aimed at helping women adapt to the changing times. Sponsored by David M. Raff and MDI Lists, the event will take place on Saturday, May 30th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jim & Jan Moran Family Center Auditorium, 1153 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale.

Highlights of the conference include dynamic speakers and informative panel discussions on topics at both the professional level and personal level, including social networking for business development, personal finance, time management, relationship & sexuality, and more. Networking opportunities along with raffles and entertainment are also scheduled throughout the day.

“PEARR’s goal is for participants to walk away with a new perspective on how to deal with these issues as well as the knowledge and resources to survive and thrive in these changing times,” said Ruben Rozental, president of PEARR.

Advance tickets are $30 for PEARR members and $35 for non-members, and includes breakfast, lunch, and raffle tickets. All event proceeds will go to support the emergency shelters, counseling and educational services, and 24-hour crisis line at Women in Distress.
